Our story
Areni village of Armenia is one of the cradles of winemaking. Here is one of the oldest centers of wild grape processing, Areni-1 winery, 6100 years old. It is not accidental that an international wine festival is held in Areni village every year.
Our Stepanyan Gastro Yard is located in the village of Areni. Our mission since 2007 is to pass on to tourists the best traditions of Armenian winemaking and cuisine. For almost two decades, thousands of tourists have tasted the best Armenian dishes in our hall, enjoyed wine, got acquainted with wine-making technologies in the factory, walked through vineyards and orchards, and got acquainted with the secrets of beekeeping and dried fruit production.

The art of winemaking passed from generation to generation in our family and we decided to turn the hobby into a successful business.
Traditional cuisine
The pavilions in our garden are created to let our customers enjoy all the goods of the Armenian cuisine, to drink the traditional wine, to admire from the pavilion to the old church, with a wonderful view opening from the rocks. The secrets of Armenian cuisine have been passed down to our cooks from generation to generation, and they are ready to serve them to your table.
Master classes
We are ready to share the best traditions of Armenian dishes and sweets with our customers. Within the framework of regular master classes, our clients make gata, ghapama, sujukh, dolma with their own hands. Our customers not only taste the best dishes, but also learn how to cook them at home, in their kitchen, with the help of experts in Armenian cuisine.
